How to Use a Wipe Warmer

If your baby could talk to you in a language that you can understand, he would probably tell you that placing cold wipes on his bottom doesn't feel too well, especially on a cold winter's night. To help solve this problem, you can use a wipe warmer. The wipe warmer will ensure that when you reach for a wipe, it is warm and ready for use. Though there are a variety of wipe warmers that you can purchase, there are a few tips you can use for each of them to ensure your wipes stay fresh and moist.

Instructions

    • 1

Remove the wipes from their original container. Some wipe warmers will only hold a certain amount of wipes. Be sure to read the label on your wipe warmer to determine how many wipes you can use.

    • 2

Lay the wipes inside of the wipe warmer. Be sure to keep the wipes in the same position that they were in when you removed them from the original container.

    • 3

Pull the top wipe through the opening that is on the wipe warmer. If you don't want to pull the wipe through the opening, you don't have to. However, by pulling the wipes through the opening it helps to control wasteful habits.

    • 4

Place the lid securely on top of the wipe warmer. Plug in the power cord for the warmer.

    • 5

Begin using your wipes by pulling them from the wipe warmer one at a time.

    • 6

Unplug your wipe warmer when it is not going to be used for a prolonged period of time. By unplugging the warmer, you can help prevent the wipes from drying out and turning brown.

    • 7

Pour ½ cup of water over the top of the wipes that are in the wipe warmer if you notice that the wipes are beginning to dry out. The water will add additional moisture to the wipes.
