How to Find a Parenting With Love and Logic Workshop
Based in Golden, Colorado, the Love and Logic Institute, Inc. provides parents with practical tools to develop healthy and respectful relationships with their children. Former school principal Jim Fay and Foster W. Cline, M.D., are the founders of Love and Logic. Premised on the idea that children should be allowed to make mistakes while the consequences are still small and that love should be behind discipline, Love and Logic provides conferences and classes around the country.

Visit LoveandLogic.com. Click on For Parents on the left side of the home page, then click on Conferences. Next, click View by State. Click on the conference that interests you to read a detailed description, or click the register link to the right of the short conference description. Conferences are more formal and larger affairs than classes held by trained, local Love and Logic facilitators. Conferences range between about $99 about $395, as of 2013, depending on the length of the conference, and they take place in multiple locations. Purchase one of the on-demand webinars available on the website if you want to learn Love and Logic from the comfort of your home. You have access to webinars for three weeks from the date of purchase, and you can download PDFs of handouts that accompany them. Choose your state, and then scroll through the facilitators to locate one in your community. Contact the facilitator directly to find out when and where seminars are held locally.
