Processing Steps
Pour the desired amount of water into the heating reservoir. The heating reservoir is located above the control knob. Close the heating reservoir lid by turning it clockwise. Place pre-chopped food in the basket and place the basket in the preparation bowl. Close the lid by turning the lid counter-clockwise. Place the preparation bowl into the unit on the bowl base. Plug the appliance into an outlet. For safety, the appliance should be plugged in after the addition of water and food. Turn the control knob to the left which is the steam option. Remove the basket from the preparation bowl once the indicator light has gone out, and pour the food in the preparation bowl. The included spatula fits through slats on the basket for safe removal. Place the included mixing lid on the pins inside the preparation bowl. Lock the preparation bowl lid into position and place the preparation bowl back onto the base. Turn the control knob to blend which is the control action on the right. Blend the food until puree or other intended consistency is achieved. Remove the baby food from the unit by using the included spatula.
