Infant Activities in the Dallas Metroplex

New parents are often excited about their new babies and look forward to teaching them about life, introducing them to the world and watching them grow up. Different than toddlers, infants cannot participate in many children's activities yet, because they cannot walk or speak. However, there are many infant-specific activities available in the Dallas area that offer learning opportunities and the chance for new parents to spend time with their little ones.

  1. Dallas Arboretum

It has Mommy and Me Mondays, which typically includes face painting, music, a petting zoo and picnicking opportunities. There are many activities during the fall season, such as a pumpkin patch and daily hay rides. This location also features botanical gardens and summertime evening concerts that are ideal family outings.

This theater also offers Crybaby Matinees, which is a program designed for parents and infants.
