How to Put Together a Chicco Baby Stroller
Chicco is a brand that's been around since 1958. It produces baby accessories and is well-known for its strollers, car seats and travel systems. Chicco's stroller line includes the Cortina, which makes use of its Key Fit system. The car seat snaps easily into a base in the car and into the stroller. The car seat can be used without the base, and the stroller is full-sized, so it can grow with your baby. Chicco also offers all-terrain, lightweight and double strollers.
Instructions
Attach the parent tray to the stroller body by securing both tabs to the stroller handle. Pull up on the parent tray handle to open the stroller. Make sure the stroller is completely opened. Press the buttons on both sides of the stroller handle to move it up and into place. It will snap. Snap the basket stand onto the basket and slide it between the square of fabric, snapping at the bottom as well. This must be done to use the basket. Slide the child tray onto the front of the stroller. To open the child tray, press the buttons on both sides. Snap the tray insert into the child tray. Pull up on the corner to remove the tray insert for cleaning. Snap the front wheels onto the front posts. Pull on them to make sure they are secure. Attach the rear axle assembly and remove the plastic end caps. Slide a rear wheel and then a washer onto the rear axle. Push the flat side of the pin through the hole in the axle, making sure that the curved end faces up on the assembly. Attach the wheel cap over the pin assembly. Repeat steps 9 through 11 on the opposite side. Attach the canopy to the connectors and secure the rear canopy with snaps.
