  • Cleaning gloves

  • Toilet paper

      Put on cleaning gloves.

      Put on a pair of cleaning gloves if you do not feel comfortable treating the stain with bare hands.

      Dump excess poop into the toilet.

      Take the poop-stained baby clothing and turn it inside out over a toilet. Dump any excess poop into the toilet. You may also want to wipe the outfit off with toilet paper and then dump the toilet paper in the toilet.

      Plug a sink and fill it halfway with cold water.

      Apply one tbsp. of liquid baby laundry detergent on top of the stain. If it is a large stain, double or triple the tbsp. to accommodate the stain.

      Rub the baby laundry detergent into the stained area gently.

      Soak the baby clothing into the cold water and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
