Aluminum Foil Fashion Show
-
A popular interest among teenage girls is fashion. This game allows girls to use their creativity and explore their unique sense of style. This game can be played individually or in groups. Give each person or team one or two rolls of aluminum foil and encourage them to use their creativity to make the best outfit using only that. You can also give them rubber bands or string. The girl or group with the most impressive foil outfit wins. Don't forget to add accessories such as necklaces, belts, shoes, hats and sunglasses to complete the outfit and take pictures to memorialize their creations.
Egg Toss
-
A popular summer camp game, this fun activity will have girls screaming and laughing. Split into two groups, forming two lines approximately three feet apart with partners facing each other. One partner gets an egg and tosses it to your partner. If the partner catches the egg without dropping it, the pair takes one step backwards and the egg gets tossed back. If caught safely, they take another step backwards, and so on. The winning pair is the one that throws the egg the farthest without breaking it. Be warned, this game can be messy so you might want to encourage girls to wear an old t-shirt or something they don't mind getting dirty.
Spin the Nail Polish Bottle
-
This game is a girly spin on the classic "spin the bottle" game. The girls sit in a circle and place several bottles of coloured nail polish in the middle. The girls each take turns spinning a bottle. Whoever the cap is pointing to when the bottle stops spinning paints one of her fingernails in that colour. The game continues until all of the bottles have been spun or all nails have been painted.
The Blind Make-Up Artist
-
Teenage girls tend to be preoccupied with fashion and beauty. Most girls in this age group have a larger make-up drawer than their mom's. One girl is selected as the make-up artist and another as the client. The make-up artist puts on a blindfold and does the make-up of the client. Once everyone's make-up has been done, the girls can vote on who did the best blind make-up job. This is a fun activity that is sure to provide some good laughs and hilarious memories. Be sure to take pictures for your scrapbooks or Facebook pages.
