Can You Tell When You Are 5 Weeks Pregnant?
There are several ways a women may determine that she may be pregnant through examining her own pregnancy symptoms. Many of the signs are ones that occur not only in early pregnancy, but begin in week 5 of your pregnancy. It is important to remember that week 5 of pregnancy is the fifth week from the first day of a woman's last menstrual cycle. If you are five weeks from your last period and are experiencing the following symptoms, it is possible that you are pregnant and will want to confirm with your doctor.

One of the first signs you can look for when you are five weeks pregnant is fatigue. Women will notice that their daily routine may be more exhausting than it was previously. It is likely that women will experience more mid-day exhaustion and will be more prone to heading to bed earlier than normal.
Frequent Urination

Frequent urination occurs as early as the fifth week of pregnancy due to the swelling of the uterus and changes in hormone levels. In order to help determine if you are experiencing more trips to the bathroom than usual, try and keep a log of how many fluids you are taking in vs. how many times you are using the restroom. If you are going more frequently, you will notice on your log sheet that your increase of bathroom visits are not linked to an increase in fluid intake. It is likely you will need to urinate more often regardless of the amount of fluids you are consuming.

A way to assist you in concluding if your temperature is higher than usual, take note of how you are feeling when you wake in the morning. Notating whether you are experiencing any night sweats or if you are taking your covers off in the middle of the night is a good way to know if your body temperature is higher than normal.
