How to Make Your Kids a Fast Healthy Breakfast

The mornings are a crazy time for parents with kids who need to go to school by 7:30 a.m. and want to wait until the last minute to wake up.

  • Lean turkey meat

      While your kids are getting ready, sneak downstairs and fire up the burners. Don't let them know that you are cooking a healthy, protein-filled nearly fat-free breakfast!
