How to Put an Eddie Bauer Playpen Together

The American sportswear company Eddie Bauer makes several styles of playpens. Playpens make it easier for parents to be on the go with babies and toddlers. They fold compactly to become fully portable, and they provide a place for your child to play or sleep safely when a standard crib is not available. All Eddie Bauer playpens assemble easily without the need for any tools.

Instructions

      Unfasten the hook and loop tabs holding the playpen and detached floorboard together.

      Remove the floorboard from the playpen frame and set it aside.

      Place the playpen frame upright on its legs and pull the bottom of each leg out slightly to separate them from each other.

      Grasp the handle or strap located on the bottom floor surface of the playpen frame with one hand while you pull up sharply on each of the four side rails until you hear a click.

      Push down on the center of the playpen's floor until you hear a click, which indicates that the legs are locked in place.

      Grab the floorboard and locate the hook and loop straps on one side.

      Feed the hook and loop straps of the floorboard through the corresponding holes in the bottom of the playpen frame.

      Press the floorboard in place at the bottom of the playpen.
