Jardine Enterprise LTD Crib Instructions

Cribs manufactured by Jardine are commonly sold in popular retail chain stores. While there are many different Jardine crib styles, the assembly information is similar throughout the brand. If you have purchased this crib used, or if the crib did not come with assembly instructions, you can still assemble your crib in as little as one hour.

Things You'll Need

  • 4 mm Allen key
  • 4 3.5-inch Allen bolts
  • 16 1/2-inch Allen bolts
  • 8 3-inch Allen bolts
  • 4 2.5-inch Allen bolts

Instructions

      Attach the front posts to each of the side panels. Most crib models have a wood dowel on the end of the side panel to assist in lining up the front posts and inserting hardware. Insert one 2.5-inch bolt in the hole at the top of each front post and use the Allen key to turn clockwise to tighten. For the bottom holes on the front posts, insert a 3-inch bolt through the front post and into the side panel.

      Attach the side panels to the crib headboard by lining the wood dowel at the rear of the side panels to the holes at either end of the headboard. Secure the headboard by inserting a 2.5-inch bolt through the back of the headboard into the side panels at the top of the crib. For the bottom of the crib, insert a 3-inch bolt through the back of the headboard into the side panel.

      Install the spring assembly into the crib. The height of the mattress is determined by the hole in which you secure the spring assembly. The highest positions will raise the mattress and the lower holes will cause the mattress to sit lower in the crib. Secure the spring assembly is one 1/2-inch bolt at either side of the headboard and along each front post.

      Install the front panel of the crib by lining up the holes in the front panel to the holes in the front posts. Insert two 3-inch bolts through the ends of the front posts into the front panel and secure using the Allen key.

      Remove the front panel to convert the crib to a toddler bed. Once the front panel is removed, make sure the spring assembly is in the lowest position and install the guard rail by inserting three 1/2-inch bolts through the end of the front posts into the guard rail.
