How to Assemble a 3 in 1 Evenflo ExerSaucer

The ExerSaucer is a stationary activity center that allows a baby to sit in a fabric sling seat surrounded by easy-to-reach, age-appropriate toys. The 3 in 1 ExerSaucer takes the activity center two steps further, allowing it to be used as a play mat and as an activity toy station. While ExerSaucers are meant for babies that can hold their heads up until they can crawl, the 3 in 1 ExerSaucer extends the life of the product from infants through early walkers.

Instructions

  1. Stage 1 Assembly

      Unfold the play mat, laying it on the floor.

      Place one plastic foot on each side of the play mat.

      Press the ends of the toy bar into the hole on each plastic foot so that it bends in an arch over the play mat. Push down until you hear the toy bar click into place.

    Stage 2 Assembly

      Turn the ExerSaucer base upside down. Snap the four stabilizer feet into the foot bracket holes. Screw a 1 1/2-inch spring into the bottom of each of the four pedestals.

      Turn the ExerSaucer base right side up. Locate the four pedestal holes on the underside of the ExerSaucer base. Align one of the pedestals so the locking tab on the pedestal lines up with the notch in the base. Attach the end of the spring to the hook in the middle, then press the pedestal down until you hear it snap into place. Repeat for the other three pedestals.

      Attach the lower leg front piece to the lower leg back piece with five screws. Repeat for the other three lower legs. Push the lower legs onto the top of the pedestals until they lock into place.

      Turn the two tray halves upside down. Install the large spring, upper leg crown and pylon ring into the four holes on the trays. Secure each upper leg crown with four screws. Insert the four upper legs into the upper leg crowns.

      Snap the two tray halves together to form a circle.

      Turn the seat ring upside down. Snap the six seat wheels into the wheel holders. Turn the seat right side up. Place the fabric seat over the seat ring, snapping the plastic tabs on the seat over the pegs on the seat ring. Press the entire seat onto the top of the tray until it snaps into place.

      Attach the tray and seat to the base by snapping the upper legs into the lower legs.

      Snap the toys onto the tray.

    Stage 3 Assembly

      Unsnap the lower legs from the ExerSaucer base.

      Turn the tray upside down and unsnap it so it is split in half. Connect two ends of the tray together to form an open "S" shape rather than a closed circle.

      Rotate all four legs counterclockwise until they lock into place.

      Turn the tray right side up. Snap an end cap over each end of the activity center.
