If you prefer, you can use a computer program, such as Microsoft Excel to create a grid and then print it out. The grid should consist of five rows and five columns, for 25 squares total. For ease of making the grid and for playing the game, the squares should be about 1 inch a piece.

Fill in the squares randomly. Each card should be different. You can use words that pertain to caring for a baby, nursery rhyme characters, or baby names. The center square should be a free square which you can indicate by writing "free" in it. Keep a master list of all the words you use. You should use approximately 30 words, which means every card will not have every word.
