How to Make Baby Washcloth Animals
Add some fun to bath time or perk up a baby shower gift with a homemade baby washcloth animal created with a few simple folds. Fill a gift basket with bath supplies and top it off with one of these fun creations or surprise your children with a sweet folded baby washcloth animal for them to come across during their next bath. Since baby washcloths are so small, your towel animal will be fairly simple and may need a few accessories to really accentuate the animal shape.

Instructions
Baby Washcloth Bunny
Lay baby washcloth on a flat surface. Roll two opposite corners toward the middle until the rolled sides meet in the center of the cloth. Fold the rolled cloth in half with a crease where the rolled halves meet in the center and the smooth edges on the outside. Fold the rolled washcloth in half again. Your rolled washcloth will now have one end that is folded in half and one end that has one side folded over one side with loose corners. Tie a rubber band around the folded over end approximately 1 inch from the end to create the bunny's head, leaving the ears and body free on the other side. Loosen the unfolded corners until they look like two bunny ears. Glue googly eyes and a pompom on the face for eyes and nose and a pompom on the back of the bunny's body for a tail. Snails
Fold a baby washcloth into thirds. Roll one end approximately one-third of the way toward the center, keeping the roll as tight as you can. Hold in place or secure with a safety pin. Roll the opposite end tightly toward the middle until it is against the first rolled section. Secure to small roll with a safety pin. Tie a piece of ribbon around the bottom of the snail and between the sections, leaving the ends extending over the smaller rolled "head" section to resemble antennae. Glue googly eyes onto the smaller rolled section. Baby Caterpillar
Roll a baby washcloth as tight as you can from one long edge to the other. Twist pipe cleaners at 1-inch intervals along the entire length of the rolled washcloth to make caterpillar sections. Pull the ends of the pipe cleaner underneath the rolled washcloth, pulling them apart to make caterpillar feet. Stand the caterpillar up on its pipe cleaner legs. Arrange a pair of rolled baby socks at one end of the rolled washcloth to make the caterpillar head. Secure with a safety pin. Twist a pipe cleaner up and around the pair of rolled socks and pull ends up to resemble antennae. Glue googly eyes onto the head of the caterpillar if desired.
