Ocean Birthday Themes for Infants

The beauty of the ocean atmosphere can be used as inspiration for your infant's milestone first birthday celebration. Though he won't be able to remember his first birthday, make his day a memorable experience for your party guests with an exciting ocean theme. There are several different types of themes you can choose from with images of the sea in mind.

  1. "Finding Nemo"

    • The popular Disney sea character, Nemo, may be fascinating to your infant, with the clown fish's bright orange color and bold white stripes. Incorporate Nemo into every aspect of the birthday party celebration. For invitations, cut fish shapes from orange construction paper and paste white stripes on top. Write the party details on the reverse side. Adorn the party room with an orange-and-blue color scheme and under-the-sea decorations. Serve fish sticks and goldfish crackers to fit with your theme. Play the movie's soundtrack in the background and let the littlest party guests wiggle to the music.

    Mermaid's Cove
