All Boy Teen Camps in New England
Summer camp offers children the opportunity to be outdoors with their friends, supervised by a community of caring adults. The American Camp Association claims that children return home from camp with improved social skills, more self-respect, a better sense of responsibility, and a better sense of citizenship and trustworthiness. In New England, many summer camp opportunities exist for teenage boys.

Birch Rock Camp

Located on a lakefront, Birch Rock Camp, in Waterford, Maine, is designed to help boys ages 7 to 15 grow in confidence and character. They have the opportunity to learn camp craft skills, and enjoy swimming, canoeing and other traditional camp activities. All campers learn how to use knives and fire safely, then use these skills on wilderness trips, and can progress over the years through survival badge requirements. Rituals bring the whole camp together for activities and meals. Boys are grouped in bunks according to their ages, then evening activities bring the whole camp together.
Camp Caribou

Since 1922, Camp Caribou, in Winslow, Maine, has offered boys specialized sports instruction on a 200-acre peninsula. Boys ages 7 to 15 are offered instructional periods every week, where they participate in a variety of team, individual, aquatic, ropes and wilderness activities. The camp boasts nine tennis courts, a street/roller hockey rink, basketball facility, three soccer fields, two baseball diamonds, a lacrosse field, archery range and driving range. The boating fleet has 14 canoes, six rowboats, 12 kayaks, four windsurfers and two inboard ski boats. Other features include a ropes course, zip line, arts and crafts and woodworking.
Camp Winaukee

Founded in 1920, Camp Winaukee, in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, is a sports and adventure camp for boys ages 7 to 15. Campers have the opportunity to choose their own program to fit their own interests and goals. Each program head is an experienced high school or college coach who provides instruction and supervision. Team activities include baseball, lacrosse, football, soccer and volleyball. Campers can also receive instruction in individual sports, such as golf, tennis and weight training. The camp also offers water sports and outdoor adventures, including a ropes course and mountain biking.
Camp Greylock

Camp Greylock is one of the oldest privately owned, all-boys camps in the United States. Situated on 300 acres of land in the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts, Greylock offers teen boys a structured program with both athletic and non-athletic instruction. Activities include all major land sports, many waterfront activities, an outdoor adventure program and an art department. Campers have the opportunity to explore activities of their own choosing, and receive extra time and instruction in a particular area of interest.
