Signs and Symptoms of Early Pregnancy
There are a number of different signs and symptoms of early pregnancy. None of them are a definite indicator of pregnancy; women may feel all, some or none of these symptoms. The only way to confirm a pregnancy is by taking a lab test (available at medical clinics) or a home pregnancy test.

Missed Period

The first symptom many women notice is a missed period. Most women choose to take a home pregnancy test after a missed period to find out for certain.
Swollen Breasts

Within a couple weeks of becoming pregnant, the breasts may become very swollen, appearing larger, fuller and tender to the touch.
Nausea and Vomiting

Bleeding Gums
