Many women have some level of stress when they are pregnant. After all, there are a lot of things to be worried about, including your baby's health, your finances and just getting through labor and delivery. Stress is a normal thing during pregnancy. However, it is best to try to minimize stress while you are pregnant. Here are some things that might help.
