How to Play Online ABC Learning Games

Learning the ABCs used to be done with help from parents and teachers, but now it also can be done online. Online lessons are often more game-like, adding fun and excitement to the learning process, and they can be played over again, helping to keep memory fresh.

  1. ABC's Zoo Learning Game

      Visit the Fisher-Price website at http://www.fisher-price.com and click on the "Games & Activities" tab. On the navigation block, select "Online Games."

      Click on "All Toddler Games," then click on "ABC's Zoo Learning Game."

      Allow the game to load. Select whether you would like to take a tour for infants or toddlers. Read the information under the Zoo Tour, then click "Let's Begin!" Listen to the ABC song.

      Click on a letter to hear it again and to see a word that starts with that letter. Press any key on the keyboard to continue and hear the letter that you press.

    Learn Your ABC's Game

      Visit the Fisher-Price website and click on the "Games & Activities" tab. On the navigation block, select "Online Games."

      Click on "All Toddler Games," then click on the "Learn Your ABC's" game.

      Allow the game to load. Read the introduction to the game, then click on "Click here to start!" Notice that the first letter of the alphabet shows up and is said aloud.

      Press any key to move on to the next letter of the alphabet. Continue until you get to the letter "Z." Notice that under the letter "Z" it says, "Press any key to hear the alphabet song!" As soon as you press a button on the keyboard, the alphabet song will play and each letter will appear as it is said.

      Click one of the individual letters to hear the name of that letter. Press any key again to hear the alphabet song over or click "Click here to start over!" to start the game again.
