How to Predict Height Growth
The future height of a child is a fun subject of debate for many a parent. This has given rise to a number of formulas that allow the parent to calculate a child's potential adult height without the need for x-rays. One method that has gained popularity in recent years is Khamis-Roche. This method uses the heights of the child's parents, as well as the child's current height, weight and age to calculate a reasonably accurate projection of adult height.

Find a height prediction calculator using the Khamis-Roche Method. Input the height of both the mother and father. Take your child's height and weight measurements. Input these into the calculator. Input your child's sex and age. Press "Calculate." Your child's adult height prediction will be displayed.
