A child care facilitator is a human services worker who helps children in to reach objectives and assists them in achieving their goals. They enable people to work more effectively and collaborate positively.

    • Facilitators are dependable nurterers and have a lot of patience. They are the head of the child care facility. Facilitators plan and develop all activities for the support staff and children. Normally they are responsible for infants and toddlers.
