Foods high in protein and low in fat are better for your overall health, which is better for sperm production. This will also help you lose excess weight. Being heavy can cause imbalances in your hormones that will affect sperm production. Avoid wearing tight underwear. Sperm production is optimal when the testicles are cool. Wearing tight underclothes will overheat the testicles and slow sperm production.
