Instructions
Mattress Support Assembly
Gather all of the parts you will need for this process. Each part of your Ellis 4-in-1 Crib is packaged with a letter label, so you will need as follows: 2 mattress support posts (G), 4 threaded end cross bars (I), 8 M6, 20 mm short cone head bolts (T), Allen wrench (K), 4 angle brackets (J) and 4 M6, 25 mm long cone head bolts (S). Lay one mattress support post (G) on the floor, ensuring the "Bottom" sticker is facing the floor, the four small holes are facing out, and and the 10 large holes are facing in. Insert the threaded cross bars (I) into the first, fourth, seventh and tenth holes on the inside-facing mattress support post holes (G). Insert four short cone head bolts (T) into the outside holes that line up with the threaded cross bars (I), but do not tighten them fully yet. Repeat steps 1 and 2 on the second mattress support post (G), which should mirror the first mattress support post. Check that the mattress support is level, and then tighten all of the bolts using the Allen wrench (K). Attach the four angled brackets (J) to each end of the mattress support posts with four long cone head bolts (S), ensuring the brackets are facing up. Crib Assembly
Gather all of the parts you will need for this process. This will be: 2 end panels (D), 2 front legs (shorter) (E), 2 rear legs (longer) (F), 10 M6, 70 mm bolts (M), Allen wrench (K), back side (B), 12 M6, 45 mm bolts (W), 2 contoured top panels (C), 2 M6, 19 mm bolts (P) and front side (A). Lay one end panel (D) on the floor, ensuring the mattress support holes are facing inward and the logo is facing out. Attach one front leg (E) to the side with a narrower top end and one rear leg (F) to the side with a wider top end using four 70mm bolts (M) and the Allen wrench (K). Repeat this process on the second end panel (D) and the other two front and rear legs (E, F). Attach an assembled end panel to the back side (B), making sure the mattress support holes are facing in and the logo is facing out, using two 45mm bolts (W) and the Allen wrench (K). Repeat with the second end panel. Slide the contoured panel top rail (C) onto the back side (B) and secure it using two 45mm bolts (W) and the Allen wrench (K). Attach the mattress support to the crib by loosely bolting rear angle brackets (J) into the crib's inserts using two 19mm bolts (P) and the Allen wrench (K). Attach the front side (A) to the rest of the assembled crib using four 45mm bolts (W) and the Allen wrench (K). Slide the contoured front side top rail (C) onto the front side (A) and secure it using two 45mm bolts (W) and the Allen wrench (K). Previous:How to Wean from Swaddling
