      Stretch the pad and wrap the top portion around the head section of the car seat.

      Wrap the attached elastic straps around the car seat handle. Skip this step if your car seat model does not have side straps.

      Fasten the strap to the hook attached to the car seat pad. Repeat for the other side if your model has side straps.
