How to Clean Dr. Brown's Bottles
There are numerous makers of baby bottles, from the high-end to the generic. Dr. Brown's has tried to set itself apart from other brands with its two-piece internal vent system. The company says the venting allows babies to drink without any air bubbles or negative effects from a vacuum. However, the bottle, the nipple and the lid still need to be cleaned like any other baby bottle.
Things You'll Need
- Bottle brush with small nipple brush on the end
- Dish sponge
Instructions
Take apart all of the baby bottle's parts. Soak them in warm water. Put a small amount of soap and some water on the bottle brush. Use the bottle brush to clean the bottle and the lid. Use the nipple brush to scrub the inside and outside of the nipple. Use a regular sponge to clean the parts of the vent system. Rinse all of the bottle's parts thoroughly. Squeeze the end of the nipple to ensure all of the soap is out of it.
