How to treat baby nasal congestion

When baby get nasal congestion, she can't sleep. Most younger babies don't know how to breath through the mouth yet when she get congested nose and it can lead to other problem. Below are tips how to make her nasal congestion go away.

      Use non medicated saline drop to loosen her mucus or crust in her nose.
      I recommend little nose drop/spray from little remedies. It doesn't contain any alcohol and you can use it as often as you can.

      After her mucus loosen or get thinner then use bulb syringe or nasal aspirator to suck it out. You can also use the electric nasal aspirator.
      She should feel so much better after you got all those mucus out.

      Put humidifier in her room. The steam that come out from humidifier should help break up the nasal congestion.
      Make sure you put this humidifier out of reach from your baby or toddler.
