How to Use Gripe Water
Gripe water is often used for babies with colic, gas and other tummy troubles. Gripe water is a sterile water that has been fortified with herbs such as peppermint, chamomile, fennel or ginger. These herbs have been proven to help calm the stomach and intestines for centuries and are proven to have a calming effect on infants as well. These instructions will show you how to prepare, administer and store gripe water.

How to Use Gripe Water
Shake bottle well. Fill an oral dispenser (if provided) with ½ tsp. of gripe water. Dispense it into baby's mouth slowly between the cheek and gums, or mix it with water or juice and place it in a bottle. Repeat the dose, as needed, every 30 minutes. Do not exceed six doses per day.
