How to Use Gripe Water

Gripe water is often used for babies with colic, gas and other tummy troubles. Gripe water is a sterile water that has been fortified with herbs such as peppermint, chamomile, fennel or ginger.       Shake bottle well.

      Fill an oral dispenser (if provided) with ½ tsp. of gripe water.

      Dispense it into baby's mouth slowly between the cheek and gums, or mix it with water or juice and place it in a bottle.

      Repeat the dose, as needed, every 30 minutes. Do not exceed six doses per day.

      Rinse the oral dispenser, and allow it to air dry.

      Store the product at room temperature. Relief usually occurs within 5 to 20 minutes.
