Swaddler Instructions

Swaddling an infant is a soothing method to help the baby feel safe and secure. Swaddled infants sleep more soundly with longer REM sleep than babies who sleep without swaddling. You can use a commercial swaddling blanket designed to make swaddling easier, or wrap your baby with a blanket that you already have. Swaddling the baby properly is essential to his safety and comfort.

Things You'll Need

  • Light, cotton blanket
