Baby Shower Registry List
Baby showers are a great time to get gifts to use for a new baby. Creating a registry will help guests, friends, and family know what the baby will need for his or her new home while letting the parents pick out what they would like as far as style, patterns, colors, and brands.

Clothes
-
A baby needs clothes and there are many choices available. If the child̵7;s gender is known, register for gender-appropriate clothing. If the gender is not known, register for gender-neutral clothing, including greens and yellows. Be sure to register for clothing for each baby need such as white short sleeve and long sleeve "onesies" (also known as bodysuits), sleepers, wearable blankets, receiving blankets, socks, and hats.
Bathroom
-
All babies will need diapers and other bathroom accessories. Register for cloth or disposable diapers or both. Be sure to include wipes, a diaper pail, and a potty chair for when the child is ready to toilet train. The baby will also need a bathtub or bath sponge (used for laying a baby on in the bathtub), hooded towels, and baby washcloths. Baby soap and baby lotion can be registered for by choosing a bath gift basket.
Feeding
-
Babies eat often, and parents should register for feeding items their child will need. If the baby is going to be breast fed, nursing pads, lanolin, a nursing cover, and breast pump are good items to register for. If the baby is going to be bottle fed, register for bottles, formula, a bottle drying rack, and different sized bottle nipples. A nursing pillow and burp cloths will be helpful for all caregivers and babies. Other feeding items to register for include sippy cups, a high chair, bottle warmers, bottle sterilizers, booster seat, plates, bowls, snack cups, toddler silverware, and bibs.
Baby's Room
-
Include on the registry furniture for the baby̵7;s room, such as a crib and mattress, changing table with pad and cover, and a dresser. (Sometimes a dresser can be used as a changing table with a pad on top.) Don̵7;t forget crib sheets!
Safety
-
To keep a child safe, be sure to register for safety items. A car seat is required for driving with a child, and if the child will be riding in multiple cars, be sure to register for a second car seat base. Also register for safety items such as outlet covers, toilet seat lock, monitor, gates, oven knob covers, cabinet latches and any other safety items needed for your house.
Travel
-
Traveling with a baby requires special items, such as a play pen or pack and play for sleeping, and a baby carrier or stroller for keeping the baby nearby while walking at malls, airports, or around the neighborhood.
Toys and Activities
-
Babies need some stimulation in the form of toys and music. Items to think about including on a registry are crib mobiles, blocks, stacking toys, board books, an Exersaucer, bouncy chairs, and play gyms.

Most women begin guessing their babys gender the moment they find out theyre pregnant. While the only surefire way to predict a babys sex is through amniocentesis or ultrasound, there are a number of myths and old wives tales to give moms a head star

Its important to understand that every baby develops at their own pace. Theres a range of ages when sitting up becomes a typical milestone, but its not a precise timeline. Generally, most babies start to sit up with support around 4 to 6 months old,

A sleeping infant, who might otherwise sleep through a diaper change, can be easily awakened by the coldness of a wipe on her bottom. A baby wipe warmer offers your newborn a more comfortable diaper changing experience and limits the shrieks of disco
